We use Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service, to manage online bookings and appointments. When you make a booking, Acuity may collect information such as your name, contact details, appointment details and any information you provide as part of the booking process.

We use Square to process payments. When you make a payment, Square may process information required to complete the transaction, including payment and transaction details.

We do not normally have access to your full payment card details.

Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling and Square process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and security practices.

7. Marketing

We may use contact information provided by you to send marketing communications about Rose Holistic Therapies, including information about treatments, offers, events, workshops, memberships and other studio news.

Where required by UK data protection law, we will obtain your consent before sending electronic marketing communications.
